Public Housing Agency Plan 2021 Amendment

THE HEARING WILL TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) has developed its Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan, the annual plan for 2021. CMHA seeks to provide guidance to residents, HUD, and members of the public regarding its mission, strategies, and policies for serving the needs of low-income families throughout Cuyahoga County.
This announcement initiates a 45-day review period that concludes with the Public Hearing. Under consideration are proposed changes to the 2021 PHA Plan. This includes proposed revisions to the actions for conversion of Public housing units to project-based rental assistance (PBRA)
The 2021 PHA plan, and supporting documents for proposed changes, are available for review on CMHA’s website at www.cmha.net.
Comments can be submitted prior to, but are welcome at the Public Hearing to be conducted by the CMHA Board of Commissioners on Friday, June 4, 2021 AT 10 A.M. via ZOOM. Those interested in attending the Public Hearing may do so either via ZOOM’s video conference or teleconference features. All interested parties are encouraged to email email@example.com to register to attend the hearing or to submit a comment. Details for connecting to the Public Hearing will be sent to those registering and will also be displayed on CMHA’s website at least 24 hours before the meeting.
