CONTRACT-SIGNING
There are no longer dates for contract signing. All contracts will be emailed or landlords will be contacted with the date the contract will be available for signature.
MOVERS’ SESSIONS
Fridays and every third Saturday of the month at 10 a.m.
LANDLORD PORTAL
All landlords are encouraged to visit the Landlord Portal and review information the HCVP has on record. If necessary, update your Portal account with new phone numbers, email addresses and mailing addresses as soon as possible. To register for the Landlord Portal, visit www.cmha.net/LLportal.
RENT ADJUSTMENT REQUESTS
We are excited to announce that you can submit a rent adjustment request online in the Landlord Portal. The user-friendly process keeps you informed every step of the way; check the status of a request, see the proposed effective date of a request or check the reason a request is pending. In order to use the feature, you must have a registered Landlord Portal account.
APPLICANT PORTAL
Applicants are encouraged to visit the Applicant Portal and review information that is on record. Please update your Portal account with new phone numbers, email addresses and mailing addresses as soon as possible at www.cmha.net/apportal.
PARTICIPANT PORTAL
Participants are able to complete various online forms and are also able to view certification details and utility information, view your next recertification date, download a copy of your HAP contract and more at www.cmha.net/apportal.

NAHRO recognizes innovative housing and community development projects, programs and services. The award-winning initiatives range from projects that transform neighborhoods to services and programming that change lives.
